If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unused Versa Gripps in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
